Legacy FG / RG
The Legacy is Lancair's 3rd generation of improvements to the original two seat aircraft design. Typically powered by the IO-550 it can cruise LOP at 250mph and 25mpg. CAFE Foundation reported "No aircraft ever tested by CAFE has scored such high marks in all areas." Variations include fixed gear, TSIO powerplants and race versions exceeding 400mph.
