COMPLETELY REFURBISHED AUGUST 2016

This airplane was built by renowned Lancair builders Mike Custard and Aaron Brook
This aircraft was gutted and refurbished by Lancair sister company Cascade Aircraft August 2016.
Fuselage was taken to bare carbon; pressure vessel was resealed and holds 5.0 PSI pressure differential to FL280.
All wiring was removed and replaced with new harnesses from Lancair Avionics.
Complete new Garmin G3X touch avionics suite, designed and built by Lancair Avionics, using new Evolution panel
Dukes pressurization controller and outflow valve were overhauled, including NEW membrane on outflow valve, and controller recalibrated.
Air-conditioning system was replaced with latest generation Kelly Aerospace electric a/c
All new carbon interior panels were fabricated by Cascade and interior was replaced by Cascade with aviation fire certified leather and fabric
Entire hydraulic system replaced 11/19
Fly off by Pete Zaccagnino
Characterized by Sean Van Hatten at EPS as the best balanced, best handling IV-P he has ever flown
Multiple multi thousand-mile cross country trips since being fully refurbished. Superb, fast, efficient cross- country plane

Can’t go wrong with a Brad Simmons paint job. The photos can’t capture it, but the N# is like a 3D hologram. I never get tired of seeing it. I told Brad my goal was every time I open my hangar, my reaction is WOW. Mission accomplished.

more than nice bird,
your IP is business jet level and quality, I do love glareshield disposal and content! Upper switches and control are best.
Same for upholstery.
You demonstrate that side stick philosophy for which IV was pioneering is well suited,
compared to N409L, it's a whole world of (r)Evolution.

Thanks Christopher. A lot of research, thought and planning went into this layout, borrowing a great deal from my two Evolution builds. Being able to adapt the Evolution panel to fit into the IVP allowed for a panel fully integrated with the interior finishes, easy reach to autopilot and panel controls, fuses in plain sight, etc. There is nothing I wish I had done differently
