Very nice work!
What is the overall length. Need to check how it would fit in the plane...

Doug,
Short answer is Yes. In fact I just used one on a Legacy yesterday. The ES starts getting a bit heavy. It still worked, but flex becomes noticeable.

What I have found is that folks have installed the tow plate in different ways. That alters which corners of the tow bar fork need to be rounded vs not.
Some tow plates are bent upward, away for the nose wheel fork. Those are the easiest to accommodate.

The first three tow bars are gone, but I have ordered materials to make another three.

Thanks, Chris. I want one! My Legacy's tow plate is bent upward as you've described. Please give me ordering and payment details!

I have three more tow bars available.

Some folks have some really cool tow bar mounting schemes in their planes.

Met Chris last week while in Sacramento area. Picked up tow bar for my Super ES. Definitely has some flex while towing, but I’m just going to be using it as my “to-go” in aircraft tow bar and leave the metal one for at home.

Found the brackets in the link below and they work great. Converted the metal brackets to CF from some scrap laying around.

Sean,
Those mounts are perfect. Thanks for the link.

-just for comparison, what is the typical weight on the nose wheel of an empty ES? A 360 is about 400 lbs
