Latitude Aviation is proud to bring to market N707LH, which is spectacular 2006 Lancair Super ES with no known damage history. N707LH is owned by a LancairTalk member and it is based in Atlanta, GA. The owner bought the plane from the builder so it is a 2-owner aircraft.

N707LH's IO-550-N engine was upgraded in 2014 with Tornado Alley's turbonormalizing system and it also has a 4 blade MT propeller. The performance is incredible due to the TN system. The owner reports 190 knots TAS at 9,000 feet on 17gph and said that the TAS will increase to 206 to 210 knots through 17,000 feet (with a constant fuel flow of course). Those are pretty awesome numbers when compared to the TN SR22's and A36's that I've flown.

In addition the TN system, the plane has some great upgrades such as the Kelly Thermawing heated deice system, built-in Mountain High oxygen system, Precise Flight speed brakes, turboGAMIjectors, LED and HID lights, and dual alternators/batteries. And while there are 4 seats in the normal configuration, you can fold the rear 2 seats down which provides an incredible amount of space for bags and other associated items.

All of that said, one of the most notable aspects of the plane is the panel of course. It comes with dual Garmin G3X screens, a G3X autopilot, Garmin GTN 750/650 combination, Garmin G5 standby PFD, XM weather, ADS-B In traffic/weather, dual AOA's (Garmin and Advanced Flight Systems) and an EDM 930 engine management system. One of the cooler upgrades to the avionics is the Astronix Max-Vis EVS system. This system is not only helpful for something like an approach at night but it is also very helpful for an engine out scenario at night. And the owner told me that it has also benefits him when flying at night and flying around puffy clouds or build-up's.

This plane is incredibly clean and the owner is meticulous. Every detail has been thought of and cosmetically it is in fantastic shape as well. The more I learn about the Lancair Super ES' in general as well as this particular build the more impressed I get. It is a fantastic experimental alternative to the certified world and represents a tremendous value in my view. Below are detailed specs for the plane including Dropbox links to the logbooks and photo gallery. I have also attached some photos to this post as well. Please email or call anytime to discuss N707LH. Thank you!
