I am pleased to report that Bob's beautiful (new) 360 MK II is under contract to inspect and purchase. Arranged here on LancairTalk, escrow is with Aerotitle. Closing expected this month, April, 2024. There is still a lot of work to do to close but we are hoping to have a new member to the Lancair community with existing airplane(s) and excellent experience. Insurance was contacted today, deposit was made and inspection is being scheduled.

Thanks everyone who inquired about this 360 MK II. Where else can someone find an airplane that goes this fast, for so little fuel and such reasonable cost? Someone is getting a great deal (again).
