From what I understand the following components have been upgraded in the design since 2003, and some may require attention or upgrading: - - Main gear door actuators/hardware (keeps inboard gear doors from opening slightly at high speeds, previously $1500 upgrade from Lancair)
- - Nose gear door plunger mechanism (not sure it's required?)
- - Main gear overcenter yoke AD (send to Lancair for rework or inspect for cracks)
- - Engine mount cracking and nose gear weldment mod (addressed in upgraded mount that is included)
