History: Owner is 81, flown 66 years, owned this plane 11 years, loves this Lancair for good reason and he wants a good home for it.

Engine: Hours are 245 on Lycoming 360 B1B, Compression 10 to 1, after completed IRAN at Barrett Precision Engines, total tear down, rebuild, 6 Lycoming Ads complied with, balanced crankshaft, tuned fuel distribution, GAMI balanced fuel injectors, dual Electronic Ignition (E-Mag), automotive NGK plugs, engine pre-oiler pump, dynoed at 222HP; at same time Prop overhauled Precision Propeller Services, Boise ID, overhauled prop controller at Wings West, WA, Oil Cooler overhauled Pacific Oil Cooler, CA.
Gross weight 1950 lbs (manuf.) owner limit was 1850#. Empty weight 1271 lbs. No history of any aircraft damage.
Paint: Beautiful 3 tone paint, clear coat, always hangared/heated, custom “Lancair 360” Oregon Aero seats. Custom cover by Bruce Covers included.
Cruise performance: verified at 200-205 Kts (above 10,000 ft) 7.1-7.6 gallons per hour (LOP). Aircraft use commuting between Oregon S39 to Carefree AZ 18AZ ~800nm and operated at 180 HP maximum, 4 hours +/- with one hour reserve.
