This IV-P with TKS is available. It is a terrific buy for someone looking for a modestly priced IV-P with the expensive and time-consuming TKS installation already done and tested. This IV-P has been extensively upgraded with a nice G3X panel, new interior and recent paint, brand new Hartzell scimitar propeller and a complete IRAN'd TSIO-550 engine. The nose gear has the newer drag links. It has TKS in the leading edges. The TKS reservoir and electric AC compressor are behind the bulkhead allowing AC to operate on the ramp with a GPU hookup.

At 252 KTAS this pressurized single beats everything on the market for speed, efficiency and op costs. Everything has been checked, overhauled, tested and comes with warranties. If you want a de-iced IV-P this is is the best candidate.

This IV-P is available as of Nov-20-2025. It is in "perfect" condition according to the owners and they have just sent both turbochargers for IRAN to deal with a leaking seal. There is no other IV-P on the market at this terrific price point. New Prop, OH Mags, pressure vessel tested, both Turbochargers out for IRAN, door latches overhauled, TKS system tested, dual G3X, AC and fast.

This IV-P now has two Overhauled Turbochargers from Main Turbo in Visalia. That basically makes everything perfect. Plus, it has Tanis Pre-heat installed. This is an incredible IV-P at a crazy value point with deice, new prop and all the extras. Some recent emails indicate seasoned pilots are getting attractive rates for coverage so that's even better news. I hope this sells soon because December in Helena is not my idea of fun.

And Main Turbo. Wow. Sent last Friday. Arrived Monday, shipping today, less than a week and it is back in the airplane. Great people and they responded to a quick turn request.
