The owner is going to upgrade to the IV-P with TKS currently being flight tested at Centennial. He doesn't need two Lancairs so he is motivated to make a deal! The owner upgraded from a Saratoga, trained intensely with Matt Speare and installed two new turbochargers in January 2025. This airplane flies weekly around the US and you can track it on Flightaware. It probably will go fairly soon because the President's new tax bill (I'm told) allows for 100% depreciation in business in year 1. I've spoke to another IV-P buyer who confirmed the same thing so there are definite reasons to not wait if you are upgrading airplanes.
