Engineering Overview – Aero-Zero Spinner
The Aero-Zero Spinner is fabricated from a proprietary blend of Transdimensional Aerogel and quantum-threaded unobtanium, resulting in a density profile that approaches negative mass under specific lunar-aligned harmonics. The mounting hardware—constructed from vibranium-titanite infused hollow-carbon neutrobolts—secures the spinner with zero-point torsional resistance, ensuring that the spinner does not, in fact, spin. The aerodynamic profile was developed using Inverse Computational Fluid Dynamics (ICFD), allowing for absolute laminar flow in the absence of physical form. Warning: Aero-Zero Spinner may cause intense envy from pilots still burdened by visible spinners. There have been reports of FAA inspectors grounding aircraft for appearing to not have all parts of the propeller installed. We recommend coating the Aero-Zero spinner with Tempest fluorescent orange paint for visibility. At at application of 4 mils the paint will be visible and add 32 grams to the W&B calcs.
