don't use that product. Use the tail beacon instead . I have installed numerous echo units and have struggled to make them work properly. There's too many variations and the uavionix crew is not up to speed most of there time.

Agree with Jon. I installed an echo long ago and subsequently removed it expecting to see an AD on the unit some day. Well, some day arrived and it has an AD. If they just added another serial port for the altitude encoder it would have worked fine.
