Buy custom items produced by owners and shops specifically for the benefit of the Lancair community. Parts are improvements on original OEM parts or replacement for parts that are no longer available from the OEM. Support the people who help keep your Lancair flying,
Forum rules
Vendors are welcome to list here and can support LancairTalk in three ways:
1) Vendors can support your community by paying a fee annually for the listing. Suggest 3% of sales but its your call.
2) Vendors can pay after each sale to support continued listings here. 3% is a good suggestion but you decide.
3) Vendors who decide not to support LancairTalk can list here. LancairTalk will provide the listing for the benefit of the community. Ads will need to be refreshed regularly by the vendor.

OP-WTS: Jacks for Lancair 235/320/360, Legacy, or IV

Stable jacks for lifting your Lancair. Low enough to go under a 235 with flat tires.
High enough to do the gear swing on an Outback 360.
Width is adjustable to fit any of the LNC2 models.
Automotive scissor jacks on each side allow fine adjustment for leveling, and never sag.


$500 + $150 shipping in continental US (Canada $170, Europe ~$250)

Someone asked if the jacks can be carried inside the airplane. Yes, the jacks fit into the baggage area of a 235 as shown here:

For flight, the jacks should be strapped down and padded so they cannot scratch the windows or bash the occupants.

These jacks are for the front jack points only. You will also need to tie down AND support the tail.

I did travel to Albuquerque with the jacks in my checked baggage on Southwest Airlines, though that did take some care to pack in boxes that are within their free baggage size allocation.

Pinkie, the Pink Lancair 320 was successfully jacked and repaired as part of its delivery to new owner, Harley.

After our use on Pinkie, the jacks were delivered to Noah, who is also building a 320/360 at KAEG Double Eagle Airport.
