WTB: ES instrument panel

Anyone have one of the early style ES or IV instrument panels laying around? The one like ours has the end wings on both sides canted towards the center of the plane.

George, I do have the original panel that came with my ES, kit number 11, so that's pretty early. But it looks like the panel you have has been modified. The "wings" on mine are canted, but they don't appear to be canted as much as the photo you posted. I also modified mine a bit to lower the engine control mounting area.

Jim,

I just looked at yours. I guess mine was modded to make those wings cant even further. Well to switchover to another panel would require me to change my glareshield cover and might expose the fuselage from where my interior upholstery ends. hmmm, decisions.

George: here is what I have. The bare spot in the middle is not a hole. Just gel coat removed. Jim

Jim,

I wonder what it takes to level that out across the top. I am not sure its what worth to you but I am also researching what Brad has as well.

The top is fine. Photo is a bit distorted.

We just created a mold for the original panel and are about to create add on wings as sub panels so you can have just one or both.
